Could you please tell us the version of Minitool Partition wizard, if it's 11.6 it has Migrate feature, paid version also has this feature, you can use Migrate feature to transfer everything from 128GB SSD to a spare HDD, replace the 128GB with the new SSD, install the spare HDD in place of current HDD, boot with it and use Migrate feature to transfer the OS to new SSD. If such partitions are simply copied to an SSD without checking alignment then they will be misaligned. ![]()
